Personalisation (of the figures you see in the website photos) is possible where specified on the artwork description, and is included in the price.

Customisation
• For some designs you can switch in and/or add, totally custom figures, for a cost of £60 each. You will specify the figure/s' gender, age and colouring to reflect the important people in your life - husbands, wives, boyfriends, girlfriends, sisters, sons, daughters, brothers, best friends, YOURSELF! etc.

• You may also pay extra to switch to a custom background at the additional cost of £100.

Usual lead time is 6-8 weeks.

Important Details
Each Glass Cathedral is handmade by the artist, and individually titled, signed and dated.
They come packed in a lovely bespoke kraft box.

Scale of scene: 1:87
Small box: 30 x 20 x 8cm (12 x 8 x 3″)
Medium box: 45 x 30 x 13cm (18 x 12 x 5″)

Edition
Unless otherwise specified, most of these Glass Cathedrals are open edition, made to order.

Display and Care
Glass Cathedrals have a french cleat built into the top back of the frame.
They hang on a nail or French cleat (provided) on the wall, or can sit on a shelf.
They should be displayed away from direct sunlight and avoid humid conditions eg. bathrooms.
Glass can be taken out and cleaned with normal glass cleaner.

Media
The miniature scenes are housed in white-painted wooden boxes, fronted by glass.
The model-railway figurines are painted, and at times augmented with clay, paper, and other ephemera such as specks of glitter and tiny sequins. The interiors are often layered with glitter.
Because each order is handmade, they may vary slightly from photos.
